Pasquilla Peppers stuffed …
with white corn, garlic and queso cheese. Laid gently on a spicy bed of Chiptole Pepper sauce and then baked! Delicioso!
This was or may be our “last supper” for a few days or at least a supper of substance. I am heading to the Endodontist tomorrow and I am not sure what sort of “food related activities” I will feel up, too. Hence the reasoning behind this quick post … I really need to pour another glass of wine and relax – they told me no pain medication for the next 12+ hours, only allowed a couple glasses of wine – UGH!



Never heard of a Pasquilla Pepper. Are they spicy? Big? Just curious!
