		<description>I loved this idea too. I wish I was in California so I could still make this. No kumquats here except for yucky greenish, not-so-good looking ones here. That&#039;s okay... I did make a vin d&#039;orange with the last good batch I found at the store. 

By the way, have you come across Mandarinquats? --- (I think that is what PIm used) They&#039;re flesh is not quite as tart as regular kumquats. I could totally eat those out of hand.</description>
