You know I was thinking all week as I tried to come up with an avocado dessert that avocado key lime pie might be a good idea. I thought since avocados and limes go together in savory applications they would work in sweet ones too. Then I never got around to trying it. I’m glad someone else wasn’t lazy and actually made one Beautiful pie! Great job on the challenge.

Denise, this is gorgeous! I can’t wait to make this. I’m now doing dessert for my husband’s Old Testament class, and I am definitely making them this. Tee hee!!! Hey, we have three weeks of amazing time left for exercise. I look forward to playing with kale.
