		<description>Those burgers look great!  Have to say for me, the best burgers are made from dry-aged beef.  I&#039;d like to try the New Mexican toppings with a burger I tried last week in Seattle.  It was from dry-aged 100% grass fed Angus/Hereford from the Puget Sound appellation.  Popped into my mind when I saw that photo above.</description>
