    I didn’t enter because I just make regular burgers though I had thoughts similar to a couple of the above. You do have some great looking entries though.

  • Those burgers look great! Have to say for me, the best burgers are made from dry-aged beef. I’d like to try the New Mexican toppings with a burger I tried last week in Seattle. It was from dry-aged 100% grass fed Angus/Hereford from the Puget Sound appellation. Popped into my mind when I saw that photo above.

  • That’s an amazing and inspiring menu!!! It’s a tough job and a seriously tough choice, burger meister! But this may be biased, but those Viet lettuce wrap and banh mi burgers look just bad ass!!!
    I love them both, can’t decide….
