		<description>I would not eat lamb growing up.  I think my mom just did not cook it right.  As an adult and only recently was I willing to try it again.  I had it at an Indian restaurant and that is when I found out it didn&#039;t taste all that bad if it was cooked right!  Your Stew looks and sounds delish!</description>
