Wedding Night

Submitted by admin on Thursday, 16 October 2008No Comment

Lenny met Andy about 4 years ago, when Andy’s company was a client of ours.  During a business trip out in Boulder, Jeff and I flew out to spend the weekend.  I remember being at the airport wondering if one of these tall men where the “Jeff”, that Andy talked of so fondly.  (but he wasn’t)  During this weekend adventure we had planned a dinner where the four of us would get together and Jeff and I would finally met. We spent 5 hours over an incredible meal (where I think we nearly ate everything there) at Frasca, fast becoming friends! Not to mention the other 6 hours Jeff and I were delayed at the Denver airport together……..

Over the past 4 years our friendship has grown.  Lenny and I really enjoy the time we spend together with Andy and Jeff, whether it be dinner on a Sunday night or cooking up fancy french dinners together all day. When they told us about their engagement a couple months ago, we were honored to know that they wanted us to be a part of it.  I have to say, Sunday night, when we took over their cocktail party, this was the happiest I have ever seen Jeff, I knew that moment, that he knew he had made the best decision of his life.

We spent this past Tuesday evening with them and their closest friends, not only celebrating a fabulous union between two people in love but also a night where a bit of history was being made.  The evening’s  wedding dinner was at Boulettes Larder, which was the perfect venue for an incredibly intimate evening spent over fantastic food and heartfelt speeches.  The love in that room radianted the entire evening.

Unfortunately, I did not get photos of all the food, I was too busy eating & chit chatting;  but, here is a highlight of the evening:
