in the kitchen, not in the city! You have to check out what Jaden over at the Steamy Kitchen is up to, you will not want to miss this one!!

In honor of her birthday, I created another simply elegant dinner in under 15 minutes.

* Steamy’s Birthday Lomen Salad *

Cook Lomen noodles. Dice up some cucumber, red pepper and green onions. Rinse mung sprouts and one can of kidney beans. Drain noodles. Toss with Kumquat dipping sauce from the other night. Add veggies. Serve.

Verdict: Quick. Easy. Tasty. Mildly sweet and spicy all in one bite! Littlest M of MEM, stopped by to do a tasting, she loved it. Ate her own big bowl. So, it is hands down, kid-friendly!
