TWD: Missed two weeks!

I had all intentions to make the summer fruit galette which is this weeks challenge, chosen by Michelle of Michelle in Colorado Springs; but, we have been traveling and visiting Lenny’s family the past two weeks. Unfortunately, I am not allowed in the kitchen when back there so I had to put these recipes on hold. I am going to try to make it this weekend as we love galette!
In the meantime, please check in with the other TWD members; you will not be disappointed!
