We are all over Christine’s weekly salads over at Holy Basil. We eat a lot of French inspired food at home so we are really digging all of her Viet salads, since we both love spicy. Even though I am down with the flu, my appetite is still here – that could be a bad thing, don’t we always hope to lose a few during these sick times – and Lenny just loves spicy, so I knew I could not do wrong with making this. Another wonderful, quick, and easy recipe …. Bo Luc Lac, Vietnamese Shaking Beef with Watercress.

Could not decide on just one photo … so get ready to drool over here! SLURP!
